Obviously, fashion has it’s place in cycling and things do occasionally need to look a certain way in spite of the functional aspects of the gear. We’ve mentioned before that most MTB shoes are uglier than dog vomit, but sometimes there is a shoe that looks like it was designed with more input than “make it look like a skate shoe, dude!”
While the new etnies Camber CL MTB is certainly from the ‘sloppy skate shoe’ school of MTB footwear design, it features a bit of tech that makes it a nice option for the baggy shorts crew (who like riding clips) including:
- Nylon clipless pedal shank optimized for pedaling efficiency and off bike walkability
- Pro Foam 1 molded PU footbed
- Exo-Shield upper, lightweight, breathable, and protection where it’s needed
The Camber costs $185.99 and is available on the etnies website. For all the official details click the link.
